The start of the story
One day, Rusty the fox decided to fly to the Moon. All afternoon he built a rocket behind his den. He had three big boxes, a roll of tape, and an old pot. He stacked the boxes one on top of another and taped them together. He stuck the pot on the very top, because every rocket needs a nose. Toby the bear painted a little window and brought the lid of an empty honey jar. “This will be the launch button,” he said. “You’re going to be a real astronaut!” An astronaut is someone who flies a rocket into space.
