Spike and the Crystal Cave

Spike the hedgehog didn’t know how to walk slowly or talk quietly. When he was happy, he stomped, and when he discovered something, he shouted so the whole forest could hear. That day he went with Hootie the owl to the rocky hill to look for colorful pebbles. He raced ahead, until suddenly he stopped by a rock covered in ivy. A cool breeze was blowing from behind the green curtain. Spike pushed the vines aside with his paw and saw a dark opening. “Hootie! There’s a hole in the rock!
